I can design you a custom luggage with any details you want. I have provided some examples of some of the many personal tags that I have created for my customers. Please provide name and other pertinent details in additonal info area. You will be required to upload your logo or Personal photo after purchase is made.   You can have your address and phone number preprinted on back of luggage tag or I can put a blank contact information form on back for you to fill out with your own information. For an additional fee of $1 you can have an additional image/personal photo instead of your contact information placed on back. A mockup proof of your custom design will be  emailed or texted to your mobile phone prior to luggage tag being printed for your approval upon request.

  • All products are made to order, in house, with some support from third parties manufacturers to ensure graphic design quality.  

    Certain types of items cannot be refunded or returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

    Damages and issues

    All sales are FINAL, unless your order is received in a defective manner.  For example, faulty printing or if we send the wrong item or incorrect size in error. 

    Please ensure that your mailing address is correct when placing your order.  If a shipment is returned as undeliverable, the item will be reshipped at the expense of the customer.  

    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive an item that you did not order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
    To start a return, you can contact us at stephanie@goosegeeks.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

  • All order placed from addresses within Houston and the surrounding area may be picked up or delivered depending on location at no additonal cost.

    All orders placed outside of the Houston Metro area or out of state must be mailed to person placing the order.  I will offer free shipping on any orders over $50.
